Jim This is from a definate low point in Raiders history. They were beaten this day 55-0!

From 8/17/1963, Vs. the newly renamed Kansas City Chiefs. This game was the first meeting bettween the Raiders and the "Chiefs" as they were previously known as the Dallas Texans.

From November 7, 1965.
After a 33-21 Raiders win George Blanda said Oakland was the best team he'd faced all year!

Their return to Houston wasn't so glorious, being shut out 31-0.

It may have only been a preseason game, but it always feels good to beat San Diego, which they did this day in 1968, 37-7.


Advancing to the 1973 AFC championship game with a 33-14 payback win for the "immaculate reception," 12/22/1973

"The Super Bowl finally exists for the Oakland Raiders!" exclaimed Bill King as they destroyed the two-time defending world champion Steelers.

And they would become world champions with a 32-14 victory over the Minnesota Vikings.

From the 1983 preseason. The Los Angeles Raiders lost this day 20-17.

Monday Night Football in Denver 1988. The Los Angeles Raiders overcome a 27-point deficit to win 30-27 in overtime.

They weren't so good upon their return to Mile High Stadium, losing 31-21.

The Raiders on Sunday Night Football, However they would fall short to San Diego 14-12

Another visit to Denver for a 23-20 win!

A trip to Seattle in 1992 resulted in a 19-0 win!

Their return trip to Seattle in 1993 resulted in a 17-13 win.

This is a BASS Ticket for the 1995 match-up bettween the Raiders and Eagles at The Coliseum. By the end of the first quarter Philadelphia lead 17-0. At Halftime, the scoreboard reflected a 17-point tie and by the games conclusion it showed a 47-17 beatdown inflicted on the Eagles.
